Min Choo has been a Dietician for 24 years that her experience covered a wide variety of nutrition areas. Her work experiences started with clinical nutrition with hospitals for eg National University Hospital, Mt Elizabeth Hospital, Camden Medical Centre and Parkway East Hospital.

Min Choo was an Adjunct Lecturer on Nutrition in Temasek Polytechnics and Singapore Polytechnics. She is also a contract Dietician to a nursing home and is currently providing dietician advices to Kidney Dialysis Foundation (KDF) dialysis centre in Kreta Ayer. She has been with Pan Asia Surgery for the past 10 years, providing outpatient consultancy to patients on essential nutrition for weight management and other chronic health issues.
